Biodiesel is a liquid fuel of vegetable origin obtained exclusively from vegetable oils: soya, sunflower and rapeseed oils. It can be used as a fuel, as an additive to improve the lubricity of gasoil, as a 25 % component in a mixture with traditional gasoil for all Diesel engines, as a fuel for the diesel marine engines in boats and yachts, and for heating purposes.
