Privacy policy under the legislative degree 196/2003 Dear Client We would like to inform you that according to Art. 13 of Legislation Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, (Data Protection Code), Alpha Trading Spa shall treat your personal data in full respect of your rights, freedom and dignity, particularly concerning the sensititive identity data and in respect of personal data provisions. Although you may chose not to give us access to your personal data, refusal to fill in obligatory fields will prevent you to have access to our services. Your personal data will be gathered, computer managed and treated also through the use of electronic equipment, or anyway automatically, directly and/or through the Group and/or third delegates for the following purposes: 1. Performance, management, payment of purchase order; 2. Statistics, market research activities , promotions, mailing of information or advertising material also via e-mails; 3. Fulfillment of law obligations, communitarian provisions and regulations. Your data will not be communicated (except to home delivery companies for mailing reasons and data entry operations), spread or sold to third parties. Data may be disclosed to staff in charge which was expressly selected and working at Management and Administration Offices of Alpha trading SPA. According to article 7 of Legislative Decree no 196 of June 30, 2003, you are entitled to be given confirmation of the existence or absence of your personal data, even if not yet stored, to their intelligibile communication and to get information on: - the source of your personal data, - the purpose and modality of their treatment, - the logic behind applied, in case of data being treated using electronic tools, - identification of data users and of people in charge; - identity of subjects and categories of subjects to whom data can be communicated or who may use them as persons in charge You are also entitled to: 1 Update, modify or, if required, integrate data; 2 Cancel, anonymously transform, block the data which are treated breaking the law, included those which do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which such data where collected or subsequently treated; 3. Be given demonstration that operations at points 1and 2 , also in relation to their content, were shown to those to whom your data were communicated and spread, except for the case in which such fulfillment is not possible or needs the employment of means which are obviously disproportionate with respect to the relevance of the protected right. Finally, you are entitled to contest either fully or partly: 1.
